When you choose to pay by check, you expressly authorize
us, if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason,
to electronically debit your account for the amount of
the check plus a processing fee not to exceed the state
maximum legal limit (plus any applicable sales tax). In
Colorado, the maximum legal fee limit is $25 per returned
item. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgment
of this policy and its terms. Checks are also not an acceptable
form of payment for express orders.
